Вся поверхность земного шара разделена на 324 сектора размером 10 градусов широты на 20 градусов долготы. Секторы обозначаются двумя заглавными латинскими буквами.
   Некоторые секторы охватывают территорию двух континентов. Например в секторе HP находятся территории Северной Америки и Европы, в секторах KN, LN, LO, LP - Европы и Азии, в секторах IM, JM, KM - Европы и Африки, в секторах NJ, OJ - Азии и Океании, в секторах AO, AP - Азии и Северной Америки, в секторах EJ, FK - Северной и Южной Америки. На континентальные дипломы эти секторы засчитываются на каждый диплом.

   The entire surface of the globe is divided into 324 sectors measuring 10 degrees latitude by 20 degrees longitude. Sectors are indicated by two capital Latin letters.
   Some sectors span territories of two continents. For example, in the HP sector are the territories of North America and Europe, in the KN, LN, LO, LP sectors - Europe and Asia, in the IM, JM, KM sectors - Europe and Africa, in the NJ, OJ sectors - Asia and Oceania, in the AO, AP sectors - Asia and North America, in the EJ, FK sectors - North and South America. For continental diplomas, these sectors are counted for each diploma.

Диплом W-AS-S выдается за проведение CW QSO с радиостанциями, находящимися в 30-ти разных секторах Азии.
The W-AS-S diploma is awarded for conducting CW QSO with radio stations located in 30 different sectors of Asia.


Диплом W-AF-S выдается за проведение CW QSO с радиостанциями, находящимися в 20-ти разных секторах Африки.

Диплом W-AA-S выдается за проведение CW QSO с радиостанциями, находящимися в 10-ти разных приполярных секторах. Засчитываются арктические секторы от AQ до RQ, от AR до RR и антарктические секторы от AC до RC, от AB до RB и от AA до RA.
The W-AA-S diploma is awarded for conducting CW QSO with radio stations located in 10 different circumpolar sectors. The Arctic sectors from AQ to RQ, from AR to RR and the Antarctic sectors from AC to RC, from AB to RB and from AA to RA are counted.


Одиннадцатый призовой диплом выдается за выполнение всех предыдущих десяти дипломов, без заявки.
The eleventh prize diploma is awarded for fulfillment all previous ten diplomas, without an application.

   Определение континентов - согласно списку DXCC.
   QSO с /mm станциями засчитываются только на дипломы WWS, при условии подтверждения QSL (e-qsl), в которой указаны координаты. Сканкопии QSL от /mm станций должны быть приложены к заявке. На разные дипломы программы засчитываются одни и те же QSO (например QSO с архипелагом Щпицберген засчитывается на WWS, W-EU-S и W-AA-S).
   Заявку составлять в алфавитном порядке обозначений секторов, которые необходимо указывать в примечании.
   В зачет идут CW QSO, проведенные с 21.09.2013 года на любых диапазонах.
   Дипломы засчитываются в призовую программу клуба.

   Definition of continents - according to the DXCC list.
   QSO with /mm stations are counted only for WWS diplomas, subject to confirmation by QSL (e-qsl), in which the coordinates are indicated. Scans of QSL from /mm stations must be attached to the application. The same QSOs are counted for different diplomas of the program (for example, QSOs with the Svalbard archipelago are counted for WWS, W-EU-S and W-AA-S).
   Draw up the application in alphabetical order of sector's designations, which must be indicated in the note.
   The CW QSOs carried out since September 21, 2013 on any bands counted.
   Diplomas counted on the club’s prize program.
