The FIFA World Cup diploma program consists of 21 diplomas, according to the number of FIFA World Cups held. The first championship was held in 1930 in Uruguay.
The application for each diploma consists of four blocks:
1. The name of the country in which the championship was held, the year of the championship (four digits) and the number of goals scored (three digits) are made up of the letters and digits of the prefixes of the countries participating in the championship, according to the list given in the note. Each country from the list can be used no more than two times. For a country that has ceased to exist, any of the currently existing countries that were part of it are counted. Digits denoting belonging to a country are not counted. If the second digit in the prefix is missing (S5AA, E7X, Z3A, etc.), this prefix is considered to have the digit "0". In special callsigns with additional digits in the prefix, any of them is valid. QSOs with radio amateurs who have worked with their personal callsigns from other countries are counted, for example: PY2/OH1WP, VK/W2GUP, R7C/TF: the prefix of the country from which the radio station operated - in blocks 1-3, the suffix of the personal callsign - in block 4. If, according to the terms of the diploma, England is indicated, then QSOs with Scotland, Wales and other territories of the United Kingdom will not be counted. The same applies to other countries that have overseas territories.
2. List of countries participating in the championship. Due to the lack of amateur radio stations, it is not required to make QSOs with North Korea, whose team participated in the 1966 and 2010 championships. For a country that has ceased to exist, one of any of the currently existing countries that was part of it is counted. Record QSOs only with those countries that are not included in block 1.
3. The name of the country that won the cup shall be composed of the letters of the prefixes of the countries participating in the championship, according to the list given in the note to blocks 1 and 3, subject to the same requirements that is, the lines with countries that are already in blocks 1 and 3 do not need to be filled in.
4. The names of the best player and the top scorer of the championship are made up of the last letters of the suffixes of the callsigns of the countries, the list of which is given in block 1, subject to the same requirements.
The application is drawn up on a form that can be downloaded from the links to each diploma.
A prize diploma is awarded for making a QSO with all countries participating in the championships, each on any two bands. QSOs made after January 1, 2000 (no more than five) will be counted for the prize diploma. The prize diploma application form can be downloaded here.
Diplomas can be completed in any order. CW QSOs made on any bands from 21.09.2013 are valid. Callsigns /A, /P, /M, /QRP, /QRPP, /any number are valid. Repeated QSOs made on different bands are counted. Callsigns /MM are not valid. Diplomas are not included in the club's prize program.

Дипломная программа «Чемпионаты мира по футболу» (FIFA World Cup) состоит из 21 диплома, по количеству проведенных чемпионатов мира по футболу. Первый чемпионат был проведен в 1930 году в Уругвае.
Заявка на каждый диплом состоит из четырех блоков:
1. Название страны, в которой проводился чемпионат, год его проведения (четыре цифры) и количество забитых голов (три цифры) составляются из букв и цифр префиксов стран, участвовавших в чемпионате, согласно списку, приведенному в примечании. Каждая страна из списка может быть использована не более двух раз. За страну, прекратившую свое существование, засчитываются любые из существующих в настоящее время стран, входивших в ее состав. Не засчитываются цифры, обозначающие принадлежность к стране. Если вторая цифра в префиксе отсутствует (S5AA, E7X, Z3A и т.п.), считается, что такой префикс имеет цифру "0". В специальных позывных, имеющих дополнительные цифры в префиксе, засчитывается любая из них. Засчитываются QSO с радиолюбителями, работавшими своими личными позывными из других стран, например: PY2/OH1WP, VK/W2GUP, R7C/TF: префикс страны, из которой работала радиостанция, – в блоки 1 – 3, суффикс личного позывного – в блок 4. Если по условиям диплома указана Англия, то QSO с Шотландией, Уэльсом и другими территориями Соединенного Королевства не засчитываются. То же самое относится и к другим странам, имеющим заморские территории.
2. Список стран, участвовавших в чемпионате. В связи с отсутствием любительских радиостанций не требуется проводить QSO с Северной Кореей, команда которой участвовала в чемпионатах 1966 и 2010 г.г. За страну, прекратившую свое существование, засчитывается одна любая из существующих в настоящее время стран, входившая в ее состав. Заполнить QSO только с теми странами, которые не вошли в блоки 1 и 3, то есть строки со странами, которые уже есть в блоках 1 и 3, заполнять не нужно.
3. Название страны, выигравшей кубок, составляются из букв префиксов стран, участвовавших в чемпионате, согласно списку, приведенному в примечании к блоку 1, с соблюдением тех же требований.
4. Имена лучшего игрока и лучшего бомбардира чемпионата составляется из последних букв суффиксов позывных стран, список которых приведен в блоке 1, с соблюдением тех же требований.
Заявка составляется на бланке, который загружается по ссылкам к каждому диплому.
Призовой диплом выдается за проведение QSO со всеми странами, участвовавшими в чемпионатах, каждая – на двух любых диапазонах. На призовой диплом будут засчитаны радиосвязи, проведенные после 1 января 2000 года (не более пяти). Форму заявки на призовой диплом можно скачать здесь.
Дипломы можно выполнять в любой последовательности. Засчитываются CW QSO, проведенные на любых диапазонах с 21.09.2013 г. Засчитываются позывные /A, /P, /M, /QRP, /QRPP, /любая цифра. Засчитываются повторные QSO, проведенные на разных диапазонах. Позывные /MM не засчитываются. Дипломы не засчитываются в призовую программу клуба.
